Jess Carson, an Annapolis, Maryland resident his entire life--- was a beautiful, young man. Full of life, with an infectious smile and laugh, Jess loved nothing more then to spend time with family and friends. He was a generously giving soul who always found a way to make certain others were thought of first. He was only 22 years old when he was tragically killed as a passenger in a car accident on this way home from a Baltimore Orioles baseball game. It was his 22nd birthday.

A student of The University of Maryland, Jess was just weeks from graduating with his degree in Economics. Full of life, and working to fulfill his dreams, Jess held an internship at Merrill Lynch while working at the Chart House and attending college. Jess was scheduled to begin with Deutsche Bank Alex Brown in June, 2001.

Jess’ loves were being on the beach of the Outer Banks in North Carolina, surfing, deep sea fishing, playing lacrosse, golfing, Ravens’ tailgates and being with friends wherever they wanted to gather.

Jess was a loving and protective brother to his sister, Emily. He was a loving son, nephew, and friend to us all. He gave scrumptious hugs, never leaving without a kiss and an “I love you”. He is missed every minute of every day.

We love you Jess-----
       Now through Eternity.
